Rocket Arena Remake vs Classic vs Hunt

Three Rocket Arena experiences, three jobs — pick the right place before you grind.

Remake vs Classic

Players say “Rocket Arena” and mean three different Roblox experiences. Mixing them up is the fastest way to paint zero eggs, farm useless KOs, or wonder why a remake badge never appears in The Hunt. This guide separates the Build N Blox remake, the Classic place 25415, and the Hunt 2008 lobby so you always join the right door.

For first-session fundamentals, keep Getting Started open. For event softlocks, use Hunt Troubleshooting. Badge catalogs live on Players and Kill Badges.

Same fantasy — rockets, jetboots, bridges, lava — different progression systems.

Build N Blox remake (everyday arena)

The remake by JHammur / Build N Blox is the year-round public BrickBattle night. It recreates classic Rocket Arena pacing with modern Roblox expectations, public servers (up to 18 players), and a long badge list. Last publicly verified remake update noted on this wiki: July 22, 2026. No post-July public patch notes were found afterward, and there are no known redeem codes (Codes).

Use the remake when you want to

  • Warm up rockets and jetboots before Hunt night (Controls, Jetboots).
  • Grind remake badges: Sun Burn, owner-meet / owner-kill lines, player-kill trophies, kill milestones, streaks — full tables on Players and deep KO grind notes on Kill Badges.
  • Play casually after The Hunt ends.

Do not use the remake when you need

  • Hunt egg credit
  • Hunt KO credit for the Warrior / jetpack path
  • The Brick-Blast Jetpack lobby claim

Those objectives live in the Hunt flow, not in a casual remake join.

Classic Rocket Arena (place 25415)

Classic Rocket Arena is the historic official place — among the first Roblox games (January 2006), tools broken around 2015, removed from casual rotation in 2017, restored in September 2026 for The Hunt: Roblox 20. In the Hunt combat step, you reach this arena through the 2008 lobby portal. Direct joins to place 25415 may be useful for nostalgia, but event meters expect the Hunt-linked path.

Use Classic / Hunt arena when you want to

  • Score the 5 knockouts required for the 2008 challenge (Knockout Tips).
  • Feel the restored anniversary ruleset Roblox spotlighted for the event.

Remember: Classic combat is only half of the Hunt reward. Eggs and the tree claim happen in the 2008 lobby, not on the 3x3 pads.

Hunt 2008 lobby (event hub year)

The 2008 lobby is not “the arena map with eggs glued on.” It is a nostalgia hub inside The Hunt: Roblox 20 where Person299 starts the paintgun quest, ten eggs hide across ships / forts / snow props, and the Brick-Blast Jetpack claim sits at the tree / pedestal near that NPC.

Unlock path

  1. Complete Hunt 2006 and 2007.
  2. Touch the Mysterious Cube in 2007.
  3. Arrive in 2008, talk to Person299, paint eggs, portal for KOs, return to claim.

Detailed egg routing: Hunt Egg Locations. Claim walkthrough: Brick-Blast Jetpack. Event dates and deadline: Hunt: Roblox 20.

Badges vs Hunt UGC — do not merge the trackers

Remake badges (examples): Sun Burn (touch the Sun), Met the Owner / Nailed Down (meet or kill JHammur), player-specific kill badges, kill milestones from 50 to 10,000, streak badges, Developer Destroyer, The Overseer, and more. These live on the remake badge surface and are documented on Players.

Hunt rewards: progress toward the Warrior challenge line and the free UGC Brick-Blast Jetpack (catalog 111382123633411). Official name uses the hyphenated Brick-Blast form — not “Brick Black.” Hunt rewards expire with the event window (through about 10 AM PT September 28, 2026).

Killing milestones on the remake will not paint Hunt eggs. Painting Hunt eggs will not grant Sun Burn. Keep the trackers mentally separate.

Which should you open tonight?

Hunt completion night (before the deadline): Hunt hub → unlock 2008 → eggs → Classic portal KOs → lobby tree claim. Troubleshooting: Hunt Troubleshooting. Checklist: Egg Checklist.

Skill night: Remake servers → Map Layout + Knockout Tips → optional badge attempts.

Mixed night: Warm up on the remake, then switch into The Hunt when you are ready for credit. Never assume remake eliminations filled the Hunt KO meter.

Shared mechanics across all three

Wherever you fight, the BrickBattle grammar stays familiar:

  • Rockets shove players toward lava and broken bridges.
  • Jetboots give a short lift window (about six seconds of useful thrust in the classic feel).
  • Pads and spans punish greed.

That shared feel is why people confuse the places. Shared feel is not shared progression. Read Guides Hub for mechanic pages that apply everywhere, then return here whenever a friend sends the wrong place link.

Pick the remake for badges and practice, Classic via Hunt for the five KOs, and the 2008 lobby for eggs plus the Brick-Blast Jetpack. Three doors, one name — walk through the correct one.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about Rocket Arena, Hunt eggs, and knockouts.

Is the Build N Blox remake the same as Classic place 25415?

No. The remake is place 5068186447 / universe 1754158133. Classic Rocket Arena is place 25415. Hunt eggs and the jetpack claim use the Hunt 2008 lobby flow.

Where do I paint the Hunt eggs?

Only in The Hunt’s 2008 lobby after unlocking it via 2006, 2007, and the Mysterious Cube. Remake maps do not host those event eggs.

Where do Hunt knockouts count?

Enter Rocket Arena through the 2008 lobby portal so you are on the event-linked Classic path (place 25415 in the Hunt flow).

Can remake badges replace the Brick-Blast Jetpack?

No. Remake badges are a separate collection. The Brick-Blast Jetpack is Hunt UGC claimed near Person299 after eggs and five KOs.

Does the remake have codes?

No known codes as of September 2026. Check the Codes hub if that ever changes.

When was the remake last updated?

This wiki last verified a remake update on July 22, 2026. No later public patch notes were found at the time of writing.
